I haven’t seen this much snow since I was a kid. This is freakin’ chaos, man

As I said to Bon, I’m going out of my mind with the winter already myself, and since we’re on the coast it hasn’t been as bad in terms of accummulation. We just keep getting 10 – 15 cm and then hours of rain (just to make it nice and heavy) followed by plummeting temperatures so that everything freezes solid. It’s happening again right now. Everyone in my house has slipped and fallen at least once, and you can’t buy road salt for love nor money and it’s not safe for kids, pets and wells anyway, and AARRGGGHH – why didn’t we welcome the Turks & Caicos to Canada when they asked to come? WHY????

I’m so all over that if we ever do smarten up and get ourselves a Puerto Rico…..

I WISH it would rain, if just once….

OMG. Today is the first day it’s been really, bitterly cold here. And we’ve had a little snow, but nothing like that! Are the girls happy about it at least?

We’ve had some snow, there’s a few piles here and there created by snowplows, but that’s about it.

This weekend, the temperature should hit 13, and should stay above freezing, day and night, for two weeks.

    Maybe it’ll feel like Cancun.
