THis template is working again, and honestly, I like it better anyway.

I’m liking this template better, too. You would think that anyone working any type of customer service would be pretty used to that? Delicate sensibilities…
Of all the fuckin’ stupid-ass things to be het up about. Tech support people need to have a crash course in unflappability, methinks.
